I am looking forward to just relaxing in the ol' neighborhood with the added bonus of good music. The breeze off the bayou, etc.
The thing I am looking to the most this year is simply catching a slight breeze of the bayou while siting enjoying the wonderful sounds of local music, smelling the delicious food and watching everyone enjoy themselves in this wonderful city we call home!
This will be my first time at Bayou Boogaloo and I'm really looking forward to sharing this new experience with good friends!
This is the one festival I have never been too. It's time to give mid city some love and it helps that my favorite band Coyotes will be playing. But I look forward to the location, that's what makes this festival special compared to the others. So bring on the food, art and music!
I'm looking forward to my two year old dancing queens's face light up when she hears live music for the first time!
I have never been and have watched friends go year after year... I would love to be able to sit in the shade, listen to some lovely music, sip on some tasty beverages and eat some delicious food! It sounds magical! :)
Well me and my one-year old daughter have never been. We moved back home from California as soon as she was born so we could together enjoy the fruits of where I grew up and know my family and friends. Cheers!!
April and Violet
Looking forward to chillin' wit my homies on the bayou and eating a po-boy while listening to some tunes.
Hi, everyone! THANK YOU for all the entries so far!

Certainly looking forward to the music lineup the most this year (Rebirth, Debauche, Bonerama, Dirty Dozen), but also the fact that it won't be blazing hot quite yet!
Looking forward to my first boogaloo by sitting on the bayou and enjoying the amazing food and music!
I had a wonderful time each year and I looking forward to all of the great food, music and arts at this festival.
Sitting next to the bayou while eating whatever has called to me at that moment and listening to some fun music is what makes me glad I moved to NOLA!
Eating snackies from the Good Karma Prasad Café and Ralph's at the Park, while sitting on the bayou and dunking our feet into the warm water. And getting sunburned, of course. The first good sunburn after Jazz Fest that inaugurates summer!
I absolutely love sitting along the bayou, all while stuffing my face with the delicious food and enjoying the music in the background.
