I don’t know about you, but I could certainly use a vacation. I get the feeling we’re in the same boat, amirite?

Thanks to Cabot Creamery, we want to help you get away for three days/two nights on the beautiful Liberty Hill Farm and Inn in Vermont. Yeah. It’s a vay-cay.

Trip Details: The Cabot Creamery Liberty Hill Farm Vacation Getaway is a trip for two (2) to Liberty Hill Farm in Rochester, VT.  The trip includes a two night/three day stay for two at Liberty Hill Farm, up to $1,500 round trip coach air fare (per winner and guest each)  from major airport closest to winner’s home and a two (2) night three (3) day stay for two (2) at Liberty Hill Farm.  Package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Liberty Hill Farms for applicable meals at the time of stay arranged by guests. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the entire grand-prize package is $4,000.

If you don’t win the big prize, don’t worry; we will have two gift boxes of Cabot Creamery cheese to give away to a couple of still-a-winners.

I love sharp aged cheddar by itself. The usual suspects: grilled cheese, crackers and over a baked potato are also favorite ways to eat cheddar.

Is there a wrong way to enjoy cheddar? I just used Cabot cheddar to make jalapeno cheese straws, and I used the remainder to make a gigantic plate of nachos. It's great on sandwiches, sprinkled atop soup, and even just by itself. What's NOT to love?

I enjoy sharp cheddar the most when in it's purest form. Straight up by itself or with a few fancy crackers.

I like my cheddar extra sharp!  In a grilled cheese sandwich, paired with a Fuji apple, or stacked with a dill pickle slice, and some salami on a cracked pepper Triscuit, etc....just as long as it's extra sharp.  And noooooooooooooooow I'm hungry.
